[Tsukiuta] Halloween Queen

Since I'm an october baby, ever since i saw tsukiuta i loved the october people, especially Reina!!! i mean her bday is really close to mine so
She's so energetic and I relate to her a lot im sure we all do

In my language, "reyna" means queen so even though its spelled differently, she's my halloween queen
I also named the art according to that ^ haha

i put too much effort in this my hands are pretty tired because of it like holy fuck i didnt know what to do with the frills at her back and this reached 80+ layers :'^) i want to draw more of them mostly procella and seleas haha but since it's june...
